What are your fitness goals?
Sometimes starting a new health or fitness journey can be difficult because you may not know if you should focus more on nutrition, cardio, or strength training to reach your fitness goals.

Or maybe you have difficulty staying motivated because the weight scale has not moved much. Scales are great for tracking weight loss, however, the scale doesn't always show true progress.
It's not all about
"the look".
According to WHO (World Health Organization): the single greatest indicator for risk of obesity related disease is an abdominal waist measurement.

Are you looking to see what your possible health risks are? Healthy is not about being a certain size or having a certain look. It's about lowering risks for diseases.
How does it work?
This 3D scanner uses an infrared sensor to detect your body image. This scanning system has a rotating platform that allows the scanner to see all aspects of your body. In approximately 30 secs a 3D image is created.
What can we learn from this 3D scan?
Body composition in 3 main components: fat mass, lean mass, and bone mass

Precise measurements of chest, waist, hips, arms, and thighs

Estimated health risks based on waist measurements

Useful information that can assist in guiding fitness journies
Unlike some other scanning systems, Styku:
Does not expose you to radiation
Is not time consuming
Does not require a certain hydration level
Is not cumbersome
Is safe for pregnant women
Is safe for anyone with a pacemaker
This scan is included in the
Kinect-5 Check-Up
Why is it beneficial?
Sometimes it's hard to see changes because you see yourself everyday. And weight scales don't always tell the whole truth. The Styku 3D body scanning system is a non-invasive, safe way to help you objectively visualize progress or see areas that may help improve your overall health.
The Styku Body Scanning System:
Provides objective, precise, repeatable measures that can boost motivation
Helps set attainable goals and goal time frames
Allows you to set goals based on fat loss, inch loss, or calories
Helps you and/or your trainer to narrow down if more emphasis should be put on strength, toning, or nutrition
Who can benefit?
Anyone who wants to work towards being a healthier version of themselves
Are you on a fitness journey and want:

Are the results from optical imaging systems actually comparable to measurements from flexible tape, dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (bone mineral density scan or DEXA scan), and air displacement plethysmography (ADP or BOD POD)?
